Main Aquarium Shark, rays, and other fishes of nearly 7000 animals form 351 species are so close that you can almost touch them.It is because the only thing that separates you from sea world is an acrylic tunnel and window. This main aquarium is home for thousands of Indonesian colorful sea animals. The size of the aquarium is 38 x 24 m while the depth is range from 4.5 to 6 m and contains 5 million litre of salt water. Because of the size, our main aquarium is recorded as the biggest saltwater aquarium in Southeast Asia. Freshwater Area As you walk into SeaWorld Indonesia’s exhibit display , you will receive warm greetings from freshwater fish around the world. The fish from amazon river are very fascinating. This river is well known as home to extreme fish from the giant arapaima, the ferocious piranha, to the dancing eel. Dugong You will meet our dugong in its large aquarium. This gentle and cute marine mammal will drag your attention. Get closer as she swims near the acrylic window. Marine Area There is no ecosystem in this world that could compare the coral reef in colors and the diversity of inhabitants. Thousands of colored reef fish are a spectacular scenery and beyond words. See how the clownfish swim nervously among the stinging tentacles of sea anemone or notice that parrotfish posses teeth that somehow resembles the parrot’s beak. Don’t forget to see other colorful bottom dwellers like sea cucumber and starfish. But be careful…! Some sea animals may seem to be pretty and beautiful but they are actually dangerous. Lionfish are very attractive with their long dorsal and pectoral fins. With this long fin, lionfish can stab your arm and inject deadly poison. The same poison is possessed by stonefish that is cleverly concealed with its surroundings.
